The staff were pleasant and helpful day and night. My good value for money and fantastic room had a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was Wi Fi. The location was beautiful in the middle of the city and met the needs. Moreover, it was just off local cafe, the pub and Dundrum. Greatly enjoyed my stay here and can't recommend highly enough this hotel...

We enjoyed a cozy ambiance and a lovely meal at the bar. The staff was friendly, but a little more organization during peak times would enhance the dining experience. Don't miss the picturesque sunrise!

Nice stay but a few hiccups
The place is cute, and the staff is super friendly! Rooms are decorated nicely, but we were missing some basics. My son had to sleep on a tiny sofa without enough bedding, a bummer. Had a fab breakfast nearby though. Definitely need better check-in info! Would've been great if they'd sorted the issues right away.
